An old source for Apple product releases thinks the release won't be until 2022. The first thing we'll see is 2023, Mark Gorman of Bloomberg said. Either way, the design will definitely be in the workshop.

Apple Glass is expected to run on Starboard (or possibly glassOS), a personal operating system revealed in the final interpretation of iOS 13. The erotic reality framework appears multiple times in law documents and textbooks, meaning Apple is likely testing activation and running.

Apple Glass 2023 comes first, according to a report from Bloomberg. An Apple VR headset filed to handle the Oculus Rift 2 is nearing launch.

But according to TF International Securities critic Ming-Chi Kuo - perhaps the most revered and reliable Apple expert - Apple Glass won't be ready to move until 2022 "in the first place". However, the donation that was shown internally at Apple and sent to The Information sets the launch date as 2023, as suggested by Bloomberg.

It could all be wrong—John Prosser, a potential Apple leaker, says Apple Spectacles could come sooner than we'd allow. Prosser believes the launch is aimed at "March-June 2021". But this comes and passes.

Prosser also says that the company will announce the Apple Glass before it's ready to move, like it was waiting several months to sell the first generation Apple Watch after it debuted. It is alleged that Apple wants members of the media to attend in order to expose the ground, so that it can survive until the capsule of personal tech events.

The company could be planning to unveil the lenses as an advertisement for "something else" in the fall's rotating keyword, according to Prosser.

As of July 10, The Information reported that Apple Glass lenses have passed the prototype stage and entered a trial product, an important milestone in bringing Apple's wearable device on sale.

In addition to Apple Glass, the Apple VR and Mixed Reality headset are also in the workshop, and they may be less complex and close to launch.

The Apple VR and mixed reality headset are said to feature high-resolution thrusters and a cinematic speaker system that should enable realistic visual gestures, according to people who have seen prototypes.

Those sources also said the headset looks like a slimmer, fabric-woven Acon Quest, but the design isn't final as the company continues testing to determine the perfect fit for the most extreme head shapes.

 

No word on the price, although we wouldn't expect it to be cheap. The Quest starts at $399, HTC's Vive costs $799, and Microsoft's HoloLens 2 is a hefty sum. Reports claim that the Apple headset may range between a dollar and a dollar when it is launched.

Like its competitors, the Apple VR and mixed reality headset are said to make use of its own app store, where drug dealers can hack games, stream videos and send programs. The Siri voice assistant will be set to control the headset, although the physical remote control and body-shading controls are also being tested.

As for the implied release date, the VR headset is on the way to making its debut next time and will be released in mid-2022.

According to Prosser, Apple Spectacles are currently $499, in addition to the traditional shipments. Now that might sound low, especially compared to competing reality headsets like Microsoft Hololens

The Hololens 2 has a $ price tag but a large portion of its cost comes from acquiring all the electronics required to power the AR experience in a headset.

Instead, Apple Glass will do the computation on an iPhone that comes with the processing, so it will have much less lane and complexity than Hololens. They will work more like the Vuzix Blade smart glasses, which have a built-in camera and Alexa integration.
